RVTC Policies
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable. In case of performance cancellation due to inclement weather, RVTC will post a notice on our website no later than 3 hours before curtain. Ticket holders for a cancelled performance may bring their tickets for admission to any remaining performance, space permitting.
Ticket Classification
Adults are those aged 19 - 59.
Seniors are those aged 60+.
Students are those aged 6 - 18, or showing a valid student ID.
Young children aged 5 and under are free.
Box Office/House
The Box Office will open 1 hour prior to curtain. The house doors will open 30 minutes prior to curtain. All seats are general seating; please arrive early for best seat selection.
Accessibility
The theatre is wheelchair-accessible with many good seats available for our wheelchair patrons to sit with other members of their party. Please arrive early for best seating.
Online Ticket Sales
To purchase tickets online with a credit card, please use the "Purchase Tickets" link on our website. After filling out the form, you will be directed to our secure credit card processor, Google Checkout. After your complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation from Google. This is your ticket confirmation; you will not receive anything further from RVTC. Please print out your Google confirmation and bring it with you to the box office; your tickets will be held at Will Call.
Please note: online tickets sales are available only until 8 hours before any performance. After that time, YOU MAY STILL PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR.
