How do I get tickets?
You may purchase tickets either online or at the door for any performance. For online ticket purchases, you will not receive paper tickets. Please print out your email confirmation and bring it with you to the Will Call window at the performance. To purchase tickets at the door, please bring cash or check only.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. In case of performance cancellation due to inclement weather, RVTC will post a notice on our website no later than 3 hours before curtain. Ticket holders for a cancelled performance may bring their tickets for admission to any remaining performance, space permitting.
Tickets are sold as follows: Adults are those aged 19 - 59; Seniors are those aged 60+; Students are those aged 6 - 18, or showing a valid student ID; children aged 5 and under are free.
Where is the theatre located?
Our musicals are generally performed at the Shakopee High School Auditorium, (100 17th Avenue W) while our straight shows take place at the Junior High (200 E 10th Avenue). Click here for a map to the High School and here for a map to the Junior High.
When does the Box Office open?
The Box Office will open 1 hour prior to curtain; the house doors will open approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. As all seats are general admission, please arrive early for best seat selection.
Is the theatre accessible?
The entire facility is wheelchair-accessible and the theatre offers some excellent seating options for patrons in wheelchairs and their guests; please arrive early for best seating.
